And my plan was to make sure I was within the week, but I just missed it!!!!!!!! Even with my brother’s bucks party still firmly stenciled in my head, along with a 4+ hour date with my bike, we were only a day late. Could be worse. James Clear doesn’t just talk about building habits, he also has a thing or two to tell us about nutrition. Now, normally we shouldn’t take advice from someone who isn’t educated on nutrition, but for this one, it really provides some great advice on how to succeed.
Goals. We write them down. We look at them. We break them down into tiny goals, so they can be reached and managed. But, and this is a quite serious butt, how often do you go back and look at your long term goals, and give them a readjustment? Never. Maybe you should….
