There comes a time where you train is different from where you want to train. That can be either due to financial constraints, working locations or just plain different country.
At the School we focus on your goals. We have helped rugby league players step up to the next level, as well as veteran athletes or local soccer players. Each one has a different set of goals.
After our first initial phone hook up, it is time to write down your goals. Make them as big as you want. From there it’s a matter of you completing the form, putting down all the relevant contact information for your local physio or club doctor, along with your training and working day structure. All this is then fed into a machine (well not really a machine, more like my head), and a training plan is then developed. The plan can be as long as you require. 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 months. As long as we can forecast and schedule times and dates in to communicate, then the magic can happen.
